About
My professional background
Jan van Rijswijk, PhD, MBA
As a researcher, I am specialized in neurodiversity in the workplace, with a particular focus on relational and group dynamics within neurodiverse teams and organizations. My academic work explores how cognitive differences between individuals can contribute to collaboration, innovation, and neuro-inclusion. At the heart of my research is the question: how can neurodiversity lead to more effective and inclusive organizations?
I am a visiting researcher at the Faculty of Management Sciences at the Open Universiteit in the Netherlands. Besides that, I serve as COO of Relatics, a company that develops software for the construction industry. This combination of academic research and practical experience allows me to connect research insights with the everyday realities of organizational life.
